–  Please note all the correct insurance must be in place in order to trade at Hornsea Carnival  –

– The Park is uneven and pitches can be unlevel –
–  We do not supply Electric Hook ups  –
–  Cold Water is available onsite  –
–  Any Vendor Selling Alcohol will require a TEN’s License from ERYC we cannot supply this –
– Pitch Locations do Vary and will be sorted on the day –
– Be sure to Sell yourself to us  –

To Comply with East Riding of Yorkshire Council we need to ensure we can supply with a list of Traders and what they sell - please list these in this email

We will require any Certificates to be submitted digitally with your payments, and all certificates should cover the full duration of the event. And could be requested at any point during the event, failure to show these certificates on demand by local council inspector could result in immediate cessation of any activities and is beyond our control and as such we cannot be held liable.
