Throughout the years Hornsea carnival has produced a program, this had games for children local buisness information and more importantly the carnival timetable, over the years and many different people have helped design the programes showcasing what Hornsea Carnival was bringing to the town, with one of the high points been the Red Arrows in 2001, to the Utterly Butterly wing walkers in 2006.
