At just 20 years old, Tymisha has already made waves in the music scene, earning praise from BBC Introducing radio Humberside for her debut track, Avangeline, which has amassed nearly 5,000 streams and counting.
Her music, characterised by her emotive vocals and heartfelt lyricism, serves as a form of therapy for both herself and her listeners. Tymisha’s ultimate goal is for her audience to resonate with her music on a personal level, providing solace and understanding.
Through her artistry, she transforms a sombre subject into a captivating auditory experience that resonates deeply with listeners and leaves a lasting impression.
She started out her original music career as an acoustic artist back in 2019 when she was 15. Since then Tymisha has gone onto writing some beautiful songs which she will soon be releasing along with what she currently has out. As she has a varied background from playing in different genres like Choral/ Classical, Jazz, Soul, Rock and Indie her music will surely make for an interesting listen.
Her main influences are Lana Del Rey, Northern Soul music and Billie Holiday. Her aims are to release more music and grow her fan base so she can reach a wider audience and play bigger shows. She will have more music coming out very soon, so make sure to look out for that!

Hull Ukelele Group- 14.15 to 14:45

      • The Hull Ukulele Group came about as an excuse to go to the pub, but the plan backfired when 15 people turned up at the first meeting. Over a few beers, some crisps, and a Johnny Cash song, the Hull Ukulele Group was born. They regularly perform around Hull & East Yorkshire, where we have become a popular fixture at local events and festivals, including the Clipper Race, Ella Street Festival, Vista Festival, The Avenues Opens Gardens, Small World Festival and Tribfest (Europe’s largest tribute band festival).
We started off in the Blue Lamp and then had to move when we clashed with a live music night. We moved to The New Clarence on English Street. This was great as we had a large room above the pub with tables and chairs. When this closed for refurbishment, we moved the the nearest pub – the Old English Gentlemen.

      Adrenaline – 15.00 to 15:30

      • All of us in Adrenaline love metal music and it’s our dream to play music infront of as many people as we can.

Due to not being formed long we haven’t played many gigs but we’ve played at the rose & crown in hornsea and at “seaways” a biker cafe in Fridaythorpe!

      Slick Licks – 15.45 to 16:15

      • Are a new local Rock/indie cover band! Playing classic Rock/Indie anthems from the swinging 60’s to the present day. Making them the perfect choice for any type of event that will make your day/night something to remember.
