- Medical cover liaison / first aid
Parade Organisation:
- Parade Logistics, Liaison with school
- Parade route planning, Managing applications forms etc
- Carnival Float, bus or cars for Royals
- Carnival Royals appointment and roles over the carnival weekend
- Rosettes and judging
- obtaining and distribution of No Waiting cones for all along the parade route.
- manning and removal of road closure barriers on each junction with the parade route.
Carnival Logistics:
- To book and liaise with all suppliers before and over the carnival weekend
- Marquees hire

- General Traders

- Liaising with all acts on Carnival weekend

- Hospitality, food and drink for Committee members, guests and acts
- Carnival Merchandise
- Fun Run

Music:
- Music tent
- Music stage
- Booking staging, equipment, sound etc
- Managing all acts, running orders and performances across the carnival weekend
